The Huawei P-Smart is a budget smartphone. This means that you cannot expect it to perform the function of a cutting-edge smartphone. However this phone is definitely worth it if you just need a smartphone to perform the basic necessities.
The phone is solid and is capable of withstanding a knock every now and then. However, it must also be said that the aluminium frame’s matte black is prone to chips. However, it must also be added that most phones are not exempt from paint chipping.
The Huawei P-Smart has a 5.65 inch LPS LCD screen which is similar to the one that is found on the Samsung Galaxy S8. The phone has a standard speaker. The phone has a dual-camera setup (13-megapixel plus 2-megapixel). This is decent for a budget smartphone. Photo’s which are taken during the day will look fine. However photo’s taken in bad light can lose detail and look bad. One of the drawbacks of this phone is that the camera application can be problematic. Capturing an image can take between 2 and 5 seconds and selective focusing is difficult, meaning that you will have to use Auto Mode if you want to get the best possible shots.
